The 2026 ATT SUMMER TRAINING Program

For High School Rowers looking to build confidence on the erg, become stronger athletes, and better position themselves for success as aspiring college rowers!

The ONLY summer rowing program in the Philadelphia area that prioritizes erg performance, strength training, and athlete development for rowers who aspire to learn the skills and develop the fitness necessary to get recruited and compete at the college level.

  • MAXIMIZE ERG PERFORMANCES

The #1 way to get better on the erg is by being on the erg. We help you develop confidence on the machine, build rowing-specific fitness, and best position you for faster erg scores!

We dive deep into erg performance by refining technique, breaking down the numbers, and giving you daily targets to continue to push your training forward.

  • BECOME A STRONGER ROWER

We are athletes first, rowers second. We focus on building athleticism through strength training, core stability, and mobility for both performance and long term development.

We will teach you how to train for strength, maximize a lifting session, incorporate recovery, and be set up for success both now, and long term.

  • SET YOURSELF UP FOR SUCCESS

College rowing is NOT high school rowing. For success at the next level, you need to develop the physical and mental skills required to navigate the training of Division 1 athletes.

We will introduce you to college-level training, and provide the structure to help you develop a passion for the work, and feel confident as an aspiring college rower!

Why join the ATT Summer Program?

“The Garage” is different! Now entering our fourth year of the ATT Summer Program, we’ve continued to evolve our approach, to give athletes a path and environment where they can truly thrive and develop a passion for the work that’s required to be successful in our sport.

Every session is purposeful. 100% of our intent is focused on providing athletes the coaching that will help them build confidence on the erg, develop strength for long term athleticism, and learn how to break through adversity and maximize their erg performances.

And we also have a ton of fun doing it! Creating a positive atmosphere of like-minded, hard working athletes, and experienced college coaches, to give you the tools to help you enjoy the process of training, and take REAL steps forward in your rowing journey!

We Train Different Here. We hope see you soon!
