THE ATT COLLECTIVE for Aspiring College Rowers
The only resource dedicated 100% to helping high school athletes navigate recruiting, learn what it takes to get recruited, and find success as future college rowers!
Why the ATT Collective exists?
The ATT Collective is an education-based recruiting membership that provides high school rowers, and their parents, the resources they need to better understand the college rowing landscape, master the recruiting process, learn how to get recruited, and take control of your rowing future.
Why we are here? The college recruiting process can be confusing, demanding, and even stressful for athletes and families. The opportunities to row Division 1, compete in the Ivy League, receive an athletic scholarship, or be a balanced student-athlete at an elite D3 school, make the process very overwhelming, and can lead to decisions that are not in the best interests of the athletes.
The ATT Collective bridges that gap by giving athletes the insight and direction that will empower them to take ownership of their recruiting journey, connect with college coaches, and ultimately find the right college fit for them, both on and off the water.
How we help Aspiring College Rowers
ATT Collective members are provided weekly educational resources and access to coaches, that will help them develop the foundation that will best prepare them for success in the recruiting process.
Our ATT Collective Exclusive Newsletter is packed with valuable insights and resources diving into the college rowing landscape, recruiting strategy, 2k erg performance, weekly workouts, and more.
Members also get direct access to ATT Coaches via our office hours and monthly Recruiting Workshops to better educate themselves on recruiting/training, and to ask questions specific to them.
Lastly, athletes have the option to be added to the ATT Recruiting Database, sent directly to the inbox of top college coaches!
