THE ATT COLLECTIVE
Master the College Rowing Recruiting Process
The ONLY membership for high school rowers AND their families dedicated to helping you navigate every stage of the recruiting process to find the right college fit for you!
Why THE COLLECTIVE is for you.
The college recruiting process can be confusing, demanding, and even stressful for aspiring college rowers and families. The opportunities to row Division 1, compete in the Ivy League, receive an athletic scholarship, or be a balanced student-athlete at a quality D3 school, make the process very overwhelming, and can lead to decisions that are not in the best interests of the athletes long term. There’s no clear roadmap, and no awareness that every athlete is different, and their timeline and path may look different than their teammates.
The ATT Collective bridges that gap by providing athletes and families clarity and direction in every stage of the recruiting journey. We give you the tools to take ownership of their process, connect with college coaches, and ultimately find the right college fit for you, both on and off the water.
