For High School Rowers who are looking to get faster on the erg, develop strength & athleticism, and prioritize training!
This is the only Summer Program in the Philadelphia area that prioritizes training and athletic development for high school rowers who are looking to get faster, become better athletes, and be better positioned as aspiring college rowers!
What our SUMMER is all about!
The purpose of the ATT Summer Training Camp is to provide high school rowers the platform to train at a high level, develop the confidence to go faster on the erg, and truly evolve their own individual path to best position themselves for long term success.
Our program is about YOU… but here you just happen to have an environment of like-minded, hard working Aspiring College Rowers who want to go on that journey with you and help push you to the next level!

Improve your Erg Scores
Master the Erg to elevate your rowing performance. We will give you the tools and confidence to take your fitness to new levels, and lower your erg scores.
We dive deep into erg training by refining technique, breaking down the numbers, and giving you daily targets to continue to push your training forward!

Build Strength & Power
Rowers are Athletes First, and we focus on building the athlete by training for both performance and injury prevention to perform better and train for long term success.
We will teach you how to properly train in the weight room, program a strength workout, and maximize your strength sessions to continue to develop your athleticism.

Prepare for College Success
College Rowing is Not High School Rowing. Our goal is to give you the skills and confidence to train at a high level and begin to develop as an Aspiring College Rower.
With rowing-specific erg training, strength & conditioning, and 7 sessions in 5 days, you will have the confidence in yourself to know how to train like a D1 college rower!
THE 2025 CAMP DETAILS!
CAMP DATES:
June - Monday, June 9th to Friday, June 27th
July - Monday, July 7th to Friday, July 25th
August - Monday, August 4th to Friday, August 22nd
COST:
$2100 - All Three Sessions
$1550 - Two Sessions
$850 - One Session
(due to spacing early priority will go to athletes who can attend all three)
FORMAT:
Each camp is three weeks, Monday - Friday with 7 sessions per week. Every month is a progression in training designed to lead into your fall season, with one week off in between. We encourage athletes to attend all three programs so they can see continuous development, but it is not required!
WHERE: The ATT Garage, Bryn Mawr, PA
Each camp is limited to 12 athletes.

Tuesday
8:00am to 10:00am - Strength Training
4:30pm to 6:00pm - Erg and/or Cross Training
Wednesday
8:00am to 10:00am - Erg Training
Thursday
8:00am to 10:00am - Strength Training
4:30pm to 6:00pm - Erg and/or Cross Training
Friday
8:00am to 10:00am - Full Squad Training
Open Sessions are also available as additional training opportunities or make up sessions (*separate cost)
