Part-Time Content Producer at At The Thousand (ATT) · Bryn Mawr, PA · Hybrid (mostly remote, with occasional in-person content days) · approximately 10–15 hrs/week
We are looking to hire a part-time Content Producer to help us take the ATT brand to the next level!
At The Thousand, based in Bryn Mawr, PA, provides online coaching, recruiting services, in-person training, camps and clinics for rowers in the greater Philadelphia area and all over the country. We also host the ATT Podcast, where we publish weekly episodes diving into coaching, recruiting, and more.
Online content is one of the primary drivers of our business. We need a skilled, reliable producer to turn that material into polished content, increase our volume, and maintain a consistent schedule.
This individual will be responsible for editing, designing, and preparing content for publication across all ATT channels. We will provide the writing, raw footage, and ideas, and your job is to bring it to life in a way that aligns with the ATT brand and is valuable to our audience, followers, and current members.
What you'll do
Core responsibilities
Edit raw video into Reels and short-form posts for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts
Design on-brand graphics, posts, and carousels for Instagram and LinkedIn
Edit and prepare full podcast episodes for publication on Spotify and YouTube
Turn each podcast episode into short and long clips for social media and other channels
Help increase and maintain a consistent weekly content schedule across all ATT channels
Growing responsibilities
Help create digital resources and content for workshops and memberships
Create marketing materials for in-person events and online distribution
Shoot photos and video in person at the studio, during winter and summer camp seasons
Take on an increased role in content production, scheduling, and publishing
Who you are
You have a portfolio of short-form video: Reels, TikToks, or Shorts that you personally edited
You're comfortable editing podcasts in tools like Riverside, Descript, Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or similar tools
You can design clean, on-brand graphics and carousels in Canva, Adobe, or similar tools
You understand how Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube differ, and you adapt content for each
You're organized and reliable, and you meet deadlines
You have strong attention to detail and good creative judgment
You can take a rough idea and turn it into something worth sharing
Experience in rowing as an athlete, coxswain, coach or content creator is a major plus, but not required.
Details
Schedule: Part-time, approximately 10–15 hours per week. Flexible hours, with reliable turnaround.
Location: Primarily remote, with occasional in-person content days.
Pay: $24–32/hour, based on experience
Start: November 2026
Background check: Required, due to ATT’s work with high school athletes
This role will grow with you. As you learn the ATT brand and culture, you'll get more creative ownership and responsibility!
