• Dive into your current rowing career and get an understanding of what you’re looking to accomplish as an athlete

• Talk about your short and long term goals, and why you’re interested in working with us

• Explain our process, talk about how we can help you, and figure out if we are the right fit for you and your goals!

**Parents/guardians are highly encouraged, but not required, to join the initial Zoom meeting as well!
