Online Coaching & Recruiting Consulting Programs

Our Coaching and Consulting Programs are for High School Rowers who want to truly take control of their rowing journey, elevate their training, and position themselves for success at the college level!

Online Performance Coaching is for athletes who are looking for full-access coaching & programming specifically designed to help you develop as a rower, elevate your training, and improve your erg performances. We will provide you the direction and framework to build your confidence on the erg, develop your passion for training, and pursue college rowing.

  • Custom training program with erg workouts, strength/mobility, and cross training for erg performance and athletic development

  • One Zoom meeting per month for catch up, PLUS weekly communication via text for check ins, training adjustments, questions, etc.

  • Resource for rowing technique and training, 2k strategy and test prep, off-season training, and all things rowing and performance

  • *Hybrid Add-on* for discounted in-person coaching at the ATT Garage in Bryn Mawr

Recruiting Consulting provides start to finish guidance to help you better understand the options in college rowing, build your “Athlete Resume”, connect with coaches, and feel confident with your list of schools. We will help you find the best school for you, academically, athletically, and personally, to position you for success at the college level.

  • Understand the full college rowing landscape (D1,D3, Club, Lightweight), and identify your “pillars” (location, school size, academics, etc.)

  • Build your “Athlete Resume” (2k score, height/weight, academics, and other “storytellers”)

  • Connecting with coaches, setting up campus visits and meeting with the team, and developing recruiting relationships

  • Weekly communication, one Zoom Meeting per month, and full access for parents throughout the process
